    I highly recommend Septic & Sewer Solutions. When our septic system failed, I called multiple companies and got "leave a message" responses from all except Tara. When I told her what was going on, she explained my options both short and long term. Over the next few days, I spoke with Tara a number of times. She walked me through the entire permitting process, explained what information I would need and even helped me locate a soil scientist. At that point, she had no guarantee that I would use their company to do the work. When she and Josh came to check out our yard, they spent a lot of time looking over the site trying to determine how to work around the wet weather swale that was contributing to the problem. They recommended a solution and provided us with a quote that was extremely reasonable and much better thought out than the other quote that we received. When Josh and team showed up, it was a pleasure to watch them work together. They worked hard and put in long hours. The work was completed on schedule and we are confident that we have a reliable system that won't cause us problems in the future. Thank you Josh, Tara and team! See more See less

    In advance of hardscaping the backyard we sought to have the septic tank pumped and field lines identified. Tara replied to us from an inquiry on Home Advisor. She sought to understand the full picture of what we were doing before just simply quoting us prices. We felt educated enough to select Septic & Sewer Solutions for the job. Josh and his team showed up 2 days later on time. They probed the back and side yards and with the understanding of where our field lines are located, we saved tens of thousands of dollars in hardscaping mistakes.     Top of the line service. I was very unfamiliar with the process so they walked me through everything that they would do. No hidden cost, or extra charges at the end. They did what they said they would do. They even sent me pictures because I wasn't home when they serviced my system.....GREAT JOB! See more See less

    These guys are amazing. I was extremely happy with how professional, efficient and informative they were. Josh is very knowledgeable and he patiently explained what was causing the issue and the steps they were taking to fix the problem. They went above and beyond what I expected.     Josh and his team were WONDERFUL! We have just moved into our new home and we were on a septic system. He took the time to explain the system to us (since my husband and I have been on sewer lines our whole lives), he made sure we understood how the system works, and the maintenance that we will be enduring over the time we own this home. He and his team worked quickly and efficiently and left no mess! I highly recommend him for your plumbing work, I know that he is going in our rolodex for good! See more See less

    Josh and Tara were great! They came out right away and we came up with a plan. Once they had the tank uncovered there the next day, they showed us that we didn't need everything we had discussed and saved us a ton of money.     I woke up and my yard was a stinking mess! I called Josh and his boys in the middle of the night and they got right on it. Our whole septic system had to be redone and they charged almost $10,000 less than their would-be competitors!! Coming in the middle of the night like that, I knew all that work was going to cost us big time. And they took care of absolutely everything, start to finish. When they got done, our yard looked as if nothing had ever happened. See more See less
